Leo: Leos love quality food. They also have an active routine that leads to burning a lot of carbs. Whole wheat, rice, pumpkin seeds, a mix of nuts and small amounts of dark chocolate can hold Leos in good stead.

Virgo: Avocados, eggs, almonds and other fresh seafood can help people of this zodiac sign, who are prone to health issues related to intestines and nervous system.

Libra: A high-protein diet that includes foods such as chicken, fish, corn, peas, spinach and wheat is important to keep a Libran energised. Eating light can also help them stay calm and prevent mood swings.

Scorpio: A feisty water sign, Scorpios feel emotions intensely, which can be problematic sometimes. Foods such as cottage cheese and asparagus can help lighten the mood.

Sagittarius: A diet rich in protein – including chicken, fish, whole grain foods – is recommended for Sags because of their adventurous, outgoing nature.

Capricorn: Foods such as milk, yogurt, cheese, chicken, fish, eggs or fresh foods can help people under this sign – symbolised by a goat – meet their protein requirement and maintain their bones and teeth, said to be weaker than the other signs.
